i have an early cc and just recently the roof stopped while closing. for some reason the boot panel would not shut and secure itself.
later that day i stripped the rear trim and checked the pipes were not leaking. after messing around with it for a few hours it started working briefly then resorted to operating the pump with no roof action. now the system has completely failed, whenever i operate the switch it just beeps. have taken it to various garages and dealers yet none of them seem very helpful.
is there anyone out there with a similar problem or a cure?
