Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice.
I've been all over the forums and can't find anything similar.
Both my seats are stuck in position. I've been fiddling with them, but unless I can move it back I can't get to the screws to remove it....how do I get it out??
Thanks
Tom

If the seats will move forward to the very front of the runner but not all the way back, jamming in the same place each time its likely the release mechanism used to set the seat position has snapped in the runner. The broken bit is what is stopping the seat moving back along the full length of the rail.
I fixed this by sliding the seat back to where it stops and inserting a long flat piece of metal down the runner from the front of the seat rail. You also need a telescopic magnet to pass up the rail above the flat piece of metal you have used to raise the broken piece out of the runner. Its a bit fiddly and is helped if you shine a torch down the rail from the other end. There is one each side and they are in the outer rail closest to the doors.

Re: Both Seats Stuck - how to remove a jammed seat?
Thanks loads for the detailed reply.
I've been on holiday so I arrived back at the car and thought I'd give the seat one more (violent) try, and it bloody moved! Backwards and forwards, however, now the recline part of it won't lock! Doesn't matter though as at least now I can take it out and replace something. I'm assuming it needs new seat rails?
