HELP WATER POURING FROM REAR OF ENGINE.

Post by arthur2k3 »

PLEASE help i have a pug 206cc 2005 1.6. Love it but coming home it came up on the dash, no oil pressure and the stop sign. i stopped and noticed the water temp was 110c, i know they run hot but i put the heater on full but i just blew cold air. i then put water in and watched it pour out the bottom of the car. i put it up on ramps today and got under but cant see where it is coming from. i am partially disabled so cant do a lot. Please if someone could help i would be so grateful as it is my only transport. :( :love-thx:

If your coolant is pouring out it sounds like a hose gone or water pump failure. Hopefully the former in which case renew the hose.

Lack of oil pressure is different. I'd check oil level. If low top it up.

When was your timing belt last renewed? Was the water pump renewed at the same time? How long since the car was last serviced and by whom?
