Clutch fluid leak

Post by IainB »

Has anyone had a leak from the clutch slave cylinder?
Got a leak from either the slave cylinder or the pipe going into it. There is a plastic union on the end of the pipe which is a push fit, similar to a compression joint on a plumbing system. Not sure if it is the plastic union or the cylinder.
Any help would be appreciated.

clean off the pipe ,any wet area ,get someone to press on the pedal as you look at the pipe to see where its coming from replace as needed :)

Ours wore through above the gearbox ... Wrongly positioned and not clipped in properly.

And because reservoir feeds both clutch and brakes a big leak isn't fun!!
