Leak - Solution document?

Post by jinxD »

Hi. I have a Peugeot 206 cc 1.6 2001 and It started leaking on the drivers side. I get a puddle under the drivers seat, I know where it's leaking: where the rubber has that cut for the roof to bend, right where the panel window and the drivers window meet. I have already replaced the rubbers

I've been checking the forum on the leak problem and some have mentioned a solution document, the posts are old and I can't seem to find it anywhere on the website. Can anyone help me out?

I don't have a lot of money to spend on fixing it right now, so if there is anyway i could do it myself I would really appreciate it.

I remember seeing these docs but they have disappeared since the sites revamp. I've found the Stuff/Downloads page using the Internet Archive but the docs are no longer available. I'll contact The Boss and see if he has them saved somewhere.
:: 206cc-leak-01.doc ::.
.:: 206cc-leak-02.doc ::.

I have very rapidly tried to translate the documents we have made in Norway about water leak in 206CC. I hope you can use the enclosed documents. This solution is made locally in Norway. Do not hesitate to contact us if it is something unclear.

Best regards

Thanks,

if I saw these documents 1 year earlier I had saved myself almost €400 on stupid repairs. It's easy when I see the documents to solve the problem!

Thanks again
