Well, you now have Col on the case, so if it's fixable i'm pretty sure he can fix it for you! Also, sorry for not replying to your thread sooner...not sure how i didn't see it tbh? For the passenger warning it might be as simple as checking the electrical connection underneath the passenger seat itself. Check that the connector is properly plugged in and secure...you never know! Welcome to the forum
