Courtesy light issue

hello guys. First of all please apologize my english. It is not my native language. However, I've got a problem with my courtesy light. Its working only when doors are open. Its not working when I change to Permanently On Mode. I tried with the engine on, not a chance. Any suggestions how could I fix it by myself?
