Key fob wont open doors for my 206 y reg

I bought 206 y reg 5 door but the key fob doesnt open locks i can only open doors when i put key in passanger side lock and it opens all the doors but when i put it in drivers side lock to open doors it doesnt turn to open locks, when i press key fob to open doors it doesnt do it and i went out and bought new batterry for it and when i press the one big button on key fob still nothing happens the light on fob just flashes red can anyone please help
