Wipers wont turn off!
Has anyone had a problem with the wipers not turning off? Mate, this is sooo annoying! I have a 206 cc on a 52 reg, which has around 78k on the clock. I have owned the car for around 2yrs, but since November last year the wipers continually running (intermittent mode). I have replaced two sets of wiper blades, as the're being destroyed by dragging across the dry windscreen. Although the wiper stalk is set to the off position, the thing just wont stop, and the squeak from the blades on the windscreen, is like being in hell! If anyone has a fix for this problem, I would very much appreciate your help.

Likely to be a fault in the comm 2000 unit (wiper stalk)
With everything switched off, try pulling the plugs out of the unit, and see if they stop. If so, you need a new Comm2000.
