Trip to Ireland - what to try?

Hello. This weekend I am planning a short, two day trip to ireland. I wonder what would be the best dish to try there. I would like something traditional Irish, but really don't know if I should look for restaurant or try to prepare it myself (in a motel spamspam? ;o) I heard a lot that a coddle is traditional irish food, so I went on the internet and found this recipe for traditional irish coddle, but it doesn't look very irish to me So I don't know, better try restaurants I guess?
