My standard radio does seem to pickup stations (can pickup only 1 local corbyFM and radio 1 has a lot of static) on all other stations I get static. I have tried 2 other stereos and get the same problem. If you try auto-scan it picks up nothing and just cycles through all the frequencies.
I have checked the area around the mount and there is no rust.
I think the cable itself is damaged but want to know how I can replace this.. Also is there any kind of test I can do to using a multimeter.
