If you see them from a distance give em a quick flash to get their attention, and then wave when they are close...

Or even shout out at them! That worked once hehehe

I used to wave at other cc's, but never got a single response. So now I just sit in wait, in case someone gives me a wave. So I'll never drive past if I get waved at...but after 2 years, it's yet to happen.
