After some advice on what I can do with an issue I have had with my Peugeot dealer.
I have had my 206 serviced form new. The last MOT was 4 weeks ago. I have just taken my car to a local garage for new front pads and they found that the pads were well worn, discs needed replacing, shock completely gone, and one of the suspension springs snapped, twisted and rusted indicating it had been gone for some time.
I have actually asked Peugeot over the past couple of years, yes years!, to find out why I have had uneven wear on my tyres, and they have told me they could find nothing wrong.
I am appalled that they have serviced and MOT'd my car and passed it in the condition it is in. What can I do legally? I am now having to find a 500 pound bill to repair my car as they were negligent in the first place of serving and MOT'ing my car properly.
