hi guys I have a 2002 Peugeot 206cc 1.6 it has done 77.354 miles and it was involved in an accident but the air bags didn't deploy but the airbag light is on and the horn doesn't work could it be the steering wheel airbag fault thanks.

More likely the COM2000 unit that sits behind steering wheel and controls horn, airbag, etc. Problem is on a 2002 it's the complete column switch unit ...

You haven't said what damage it sustained, but if it was frontal, the horn is at the front. Airbag light would need a fault scan to diagnose.
