non pug dealer would be the cheapest, a garage near me would charge £20 for a diagnostic only free on any repairs over that amount, but make sure the place you take it to can do the diagnostic and what the charge is before anything is done.

garage will read the codes on the ecu to determin what could be the possable cause of the fault and remedy a repair

sounds like the comm unit but i would get it into a garage with PP2000 and have the codes read
