Sounds like you may have clobbered an ABS sensor. Roof takes it's speed signal from wheel sensors on some models, and the roof won't operate without a proper speed signal.

I assume you swapped the keyfobs when you changed the BSI and engine ECU. Did you ensure that the transponder chip (small black plastic oblong thingy, clipped into inside of keyfob shell, was swapped across with the circuit board? The chip and the circuit board are programmed together (write once) ...

Double check all the sensor plugs. Ive had it where you have 2 identical models but one has a 3 pins in the sensor, the other has 4, but they use the same plugs Crank sensor for example.

Economy mode is nothing to worry about. It occurs when the car has been left with ignition on and not started, and as you can't start it. it has appeared.
