Re: Roof opening / closing - click only on one side

The extra spaces in the links you posted prevent the links working. Please remove the spaces. Check that the little white latch on the left side boot lid lock is in the correct position. If that's ok, I would try tightening the upper cable. Keep a record of how much you turn it and in which directio...

Re: central locking, door lock

The door closed switch should be worked by the locking arm which is visible on the end of the door. You can move it to the closed position with a screwdriver, but remember to open it again before trying to shut the door! I think if you find that the switch is not opening when it should, you will nee...

Re: Boot not closing when roof is in the boot!

Look at the video. At 5.42, it mentions a lever which the roof trips to close the roof open contactor.

Is yours doing that? If not, that would explain why the solenoid is not being energised.

Re: Roof won't open after manual closing

After manually closing the roof, did you open the luggage compartment and return the little white latches to the normal position?

Also, did you fully close the hydraulic pressure release valve, which you had to open to manually close the roof?

Re: Drivers Window Stuck Down...

So the replacement switch arrived today, and made no difference. One thing I did realize today (which I probably noticed before, but overlooked), is the rear quarter doesn’t come down. Could that be part of the cause? Just wondering if the fact it doesn’t do a full ‘down’ maybe it can’t go up? I ca...

Re: Boot not closing when roof is in the boot!

....but im also thinking is the shut off valve on the pump responsible for changing the flow of the fluid to close the boot and push up the parcel shelf? You are quite correct that the "electrically operated valve" has to operate to close the boot lid and the parcel shelf. Someone here did dismount...

No mention of sealant. The procedures do mention sealant where it is required.

Re: Drivers Window Stuck Down...

Hmmm. If the motor works with 12V applied, and the wires have 12V when the control switch is operated, the problem must be in the connector you have unplugged to do the tests. I have had this issue before ;)

Re: Drivers Window Stuck Down...

I'm afraid that, if direct 12V did not work, the motor is dead.

You could measure the voltage between the wires which go to the motor, whilst operating the raise control. If the 12V is present, that would confirm the problem is in the motor.
