It’s been a while

Hi to everyone.
Anyone that knows me, realises I’ve not been around for quite a while.
For the last 3 1/2 years I’ve been dealing with the after effects of a stroke. I will start to get back here as and when.
Meanwhile happy new year to you all

Re: Drive shaft removal - help

Pry it out with a pry bar. There is a spring clip that holds it. You need to overcome it (hope you've drained the gearbox or it will get messy)

Re: Plugs & Coil

A test light doesn’t usually work on injectors as the pulse width is so small. You need Noid lights

Re: "ABS Fault" and OBD2 query

P0502 can be an ABS sensor depending on speedo drive type. See if any of them are open circuit with a meter

Re: interior light blew a main fuse, car doesn't start now.

If the engine ECU, BSI, and key transponders don't all match, it wont start. Why was ECU changed?

Re: Which Scanner?

Our CC refused to connect once but the diag light wasn't working either. A low amp fuse had blown in the engine bay fuse box. Can't remember the exact one or size but it was in bottom right corner area ... so the OBD port was getting no power. My snapon provides its own power, so will work with tha...
