Re: Are 206cc and 206 front seats the same?
If your seats are worn why not search round the breakers yards for a pair in good condition, plenty in yards nowadays plus they will probably cost you less than getting yours recovered. The ones in red and black leather are particularly nice.

Re: Are 206cc and 206 front seats the same?
I have fitted 206 Gti seats into a CC, no difference in the runner spacing, cant see why the bolster's would be any different if the seats are similar i.e leather or half leather etc, obviously the bolster's are slightly different on a low model with cheap cloth seats but not by a massive amount. Re: 206 CC Arch kit.
Now Sold, although not on here, 'tis a very quiet forum nowadays, maybe the 206CC has had its day?, certainly in this area we hardly see them anymore.

206 CC Arch kit.
Set of four in good condition, pretty scarce to find a set of these for the CC, finished in silver, very easy to fit, can post anywhere in UK. These are the wider ones, there is a version that are very slim. Great little mod that will transform the look of your 206. £40 posted. http://i.imgur.com/wS...

There is also another train of thought.. its his car and he can do whatever he likes with it (providing its not endangering anyone else). Like Capricol says it can be done, not something i would bother with right enough. Be interesting to hear if you manage to do it.

Re: roof no opening, no bong when opening roof clips
Lizzy, if you position your head right below the latch with good lighting, open and close it a few times you will be able to see the part of the latch which opens and closes the microswitch, quite often the switch is stuck down and wont spring open when you unlatch, often all thats required is a bit...

Re: Any ideas on this roof fault....
Good shout Col, It actually turned out to be the right side hydraulic ram was leaking slightly, enough to prevent the required force to lift the boot lid, but not enough (yet) to register as being low in the pump, replaced the ram (really simple job) and refilled the pump, roof working again, all go...

Any ideas on this roof fault....
Goes like this....boot blind in place, windows all down, undo the latches, bong is heard, operate the roof switch and the pump runs for a few seconds then stops, nothing else happens from there, no beeps, no display warnings etc, pump oil is up to level, u clips inside the boot lid are orientated in...

Re: Crash sensors
the crash detection is in the ecu itself next to the gear stick, the side air bags in the seats are seperate and have a sensor for each in the sill under the carpet. Front impact will not necessarily set off the seat bags and side impact will not necessarily set off the front bags, or the opposite ...

Possibly for the side airbags Col, but where are the ones for the front airbags, have checked everything behind the front bumper / inner wings etc, nothing apparent.

Crash sensors
Does anyone know the location of the crash sensors on a 206CC 1.6?, I have read that some models may have their sensors located within the Airbag control module itself, most information i can glean from the net however states the the crash sensors on a 206 are located at various locations on the car...
