Funny as when my 1.6 was sluggish I never got the engine warning light come on.

The engine does run abit smoother after the warranty work.

I guess the problems are starting to go away because Peugeot have upped their quality now after seeing so many compliants from early owners. With the latest batch of CC's it seems alot of the problems have been ironed out now.

I agree. Shouldn't skimp too much on tyres. My alloys came with Goodyear Eagle F1's and they are good quality and have last well for over 20k miles though I don't drive my car hard.

Looking to get Toyo's in the near future.

My 17" wheels are fitted with 205/40's so and they don't rub at all. These sizes are fitted to the 206 GTi 180 so they are the ones to go for!

Exhaust is gone now with it being very loud when driving. Had a look under the car and there is a lot of rest it appears to the front of the pipe just before the engine bay. Have booked the car in at the local powerflow dealer in Newcastle. Hope it doesn't cost too much for a repair as I've got a lo...

You'll probably need the ribbon cable connecting the main unit to the display replacing on it as it will wear out with all the spinning around action whenever you turn it on and off.
Any decent car audio repair shop should be able to sort you out.

Sorry to tag onto this post but can anyone help with the exhaust for a 1.6 model cc?

I think my exhaust is going and need to get a replacement?

Has anyone tried Kwik Fit?

Mine's over 2 and half years old and I still love the car to bits especially with all this good weather!

Lexus lights look good but I prefer the ones that have the orange and red bits in. Don't like the red ones only look.

Got mine done last October and it just makes the car look pure class!

I paid £150 to get mine painted and it was done in couple of days.
