I need a inlet manifold for my 206 cc 2.0 '51' plate, would a '07' plate manifold fit??

hi can somebody help me ive got a 206 cc convertable 2.0 litre its a '51' for a while the engine been making a funny noice when u go down the motoway or something like that it sound like your screwing it and it needs 2 goin to another gear but it only has 5 gears so u cant go in to another gear! but...
