Hi Kelsey, Welcome! I had a similar prob with my 206 (not cc), try pusing the seat handle backwards towards the boot and pushing the seat forwards at the same time, once in desired position release handle and it SHOULD stay in position...... By far the major cost of replacing either a water pump or a timing belt is the charge for labour. There is the same amount of labour in doing both, or either. As the belt has to come off to replace the water pump, if it was me I'd slip a brand new belt on at the same time. What does a belt cost.......
