I won't be able to make it as I am in Essex for a mates wedding. I could ask them to postpone it until the evening and meet you all in the pub at lunch time?

Pauline, mine was an M reg (whatever year that was) Devon conversion. Orange and White. And I loved it. His name was RifRaf. Had to give him away to a good home in the end as couldn't afford to repair him. Used to live in PLymouth at the time so was great to see all the VW's on the Run to The Sun. N...

I think CCs are the type of car that people like to acknowledge fellow drivers. My first car was a VW Camper van and all drivers of those waved and flashed their lights. I think Beetle drivers are the same. Any cool car I think the drivers should club together.

Duncs,
what age do you class as middle aged?

I've found the CC drivers of NW London are not very friendly. None of them give me a wave or even acknowledge the fact that I am driving a CC as well

.....maybe its because at the tender age of 31 I am seen as middle aged?

Yeah maybe I am too used to my leather interior with sports pack but the interior of the StreetKa at the motor show was so cheap! Fabric seats and plasticy dashboard. Give me a 206CC anyday.
There was a lovely lilac Morgan (i think) there that I would have taken home with me straight away

My mum is probably getting a StreetKa (not sure if she is going through a mid-life crisis). I like them as long as the roof is down. But after having a 206CC there would be no going back to a manually operated roof. IF (and that is a very big IF) I ever decided to change my CC I would think about th...

Mine is fine. Just needs a clean.
Missed getting hit by the run away metal wheelie bin that dented the wing on one car and smashed the lights on another.
Today in work I've had to deal with a BMW convertible that had a satallite dish and bit of wall land on its bonnet :o

Went to the motor show yesterday. 307CC was there and is GORGEOUS! 206CCs were looking lovely as usual. The 206CC rivals were out in force.... Smart Roadster is disgusting - too weird! Nissan Micra C+C is unfortunately very nice. only bit I don't like is the bonnet. StreetKa is cute but nothing spec...

I'm going on Monday. been invited by Jag to have a tour of their Browns Lane Factory and "meet" the new XJ and then get minibused over to the NEC for the day. Should be good and cannot wait to see the 307CC. Also want to see how the StreetKa is going to measure up to the 206CC and see what...

Has anyone tried trawling through all the gadget shops to see if they are sold elsewhere? Wonder if ToysRUs sell them?

Welcome to the forum Pip.
I didn't get my manual until a week after I got the CC so you are not alone.
Enjoy your CC and don't worry about the rain. As soon as there is a dry day, get ya top off and have fun!

Best Car: my 206CC
Worst Car: VW Golf. The passenger side lock didn't work, the drivers side seat didn't come forward, as soon as you hit 70 the whole car shook like mad, you had to rev it like mad everytime you stopped or it would stall. Put me off Golfs for life

Hi Steve, Welcome to the forum!
Are you going to be able to cope with all the slating Peugeot gets on this site?
Where's your loyalty going to lie - with Peugeot or us 206CC owners?
