No problem :) If it's just the filler pipe, I wouldn't worry about it - it will just prevent you from over-filling the resovoir! (is that how you spell resovoir... resevoir?!)

All may not be lost! Is it all leaking out or just a bit? Have you had your headlight bulbs replaced recently? If so, it could be that the filler pipe has not been located correctly. The pipe pulls off to get at the back of the off-side light cluster. If it's not been put back correctly, you might l...

The short answer is that you can't connect a laptop. The only connections you will find at the back of your Carion unit are: 1 - Standard ISO connectors (2 of them, 1 for speakers 1 for functions such as power, remote control stalk etc) 2 - Large rectangular connector (presumably to connect the CD c...

This does sound like a good product. I have one question though. How will you know that you have had a puncture? Lots of these systems (including run flat tyres) are used in conjunction with an electronic system that tells you of a drop in tyre presure. I realise that, hopefully, you won't experienc...

You can use the remote with a non-standard headunit but only certain types. My Kenwood unit doesn't work but I think Sony headunits do. You may need to buy an adaptor but I'm sure I've read elsewhere on this forum that Sony is the only one that does.

I could be wrong though...

Mine's fairly standard and, Like Derek, I joined the first forum before I got my car. I have never modded a car before other than upgrading the ICE. Even now, I have dealer fit accessories (mesh grille, windstop etc) but no body mods or suspension mods etc. I guess we just have a good mix of people ...

Hope your Mum gets well soon. I know she will be in very good hands at the moment and as Tracy said, you need to look after yourself at this time.

Take care and try and stay positive :)

I have a factoy fit alarm and have never had any problems with it. It sounds like you should take it to another dealer to see if they can fix it :(

The stuff that comes standard with the car goes in after you have had a puncture. One thing to note is that it is designed to get you home and after that you have to replace the tyre. It cannot be fixed once you have used the tyre weld. It's an emergency measure only and I would only use it if I cou...

I read somewhere that these aren't legal in the UK, which is why you don't see them in shops, only on the internet (from overseas sites) Something to with UK broadcasting regulations. In the UK, all of the frequencies are already allocated to someone and those people pay for a licence to use that f...
