Re: New waterpump: timing belt as well?

My car is 10 years old and is on 76000 miles and I've already got it booked in next month for a service and timing belt change. Should I have the water pump changed as well?

Re: New but with sad news..

Wow - sounds horrific! I was once driving a Ford Galaxy when a deer suddenly jumped into the road ahead - luckily I had time to brake but it was a close shave!

Re: Hello :)

Hi Anastasia - welcome to the Forum. Your car looks great!

I've got a 51-plate CC as well but only the 1.6 litre version!

Hope the good weather continues and you can leave your roof down!

Re: Radio

I don't get that problem with mine. What happens is that sometimes it just won't play the CD at all - sometimes when I've just got into the car and started it, and sometimes it just stops after 4 or 5 tracks on a CD. When the CD is ejected it usually feels hot! I've also lost all my saved stations a...

Wow - they've come down in price a lot in the past few years!

Enjoy your CC and let's hope we get a better summer this year than last year!

Re: Radio

I'd be happy to hear of anyone who's successfully replaced their Clarion radio/cd. The cd player on mine is playing up and sometimes not working at all. Ideally I'd like to replace it with a cd/radio with an .mp3 player connection, but I'd hate to lose the ability to control it with the stalk!

Re: hi from wiltshire

Hi Craig - Welcome to the Forum! You'll find it very useful! I live in Kent but have taken my CC to Wiltshire a few times - most recently when they had the open day at Imber Ranges and I drove through the army land with the roof down to the deserted village of Imber! Great trip and very strange with...

I agree with you - I don't like car stickers in general but this would be good.
