Is there an easy fix to enable my seat belt to pull out smoothly. The passnger side seat belt takes about two minutes of pulling out (small distance at a time b4 it locks) to put on. I guess its something to do with the tension in the seat belt mechanism or not. Any ideas or help? Thanks
