i got a new driver side wingmirror for my car from carmirrorman on web. It cost £84 and as part of that you have to send your damaged one to them (freepost). They send a new one in return. More than reasonable and the nice guys even transferred my blue wingmirror cap onto the new one

You should find there is an aerosole in the boot that fills a punctured tyre with gunk which makes it safe to drive to nearest tyre place. If not you can get it off ebay to replace it. Hope this helps (its in a polystyrene case)
