I agree with Pauline, no need to have a spare to pass the MOT test, but if you do have one it has to have a legal tyre. (so take it out before you take it to the garage!!!!!)

If rejecting the car, the dealer is only legally obliged to give you all your money back at most. To get more, you will need to take them to court, where the most you can get is all your money back, some of your legal fees, and if the judge is feeling generous then they may give you compensation or ...

I would suggest that you have a look in some American car magazines (Custom Car etc...). The UK is a growing market for imported American cars with lots of distributors working both sides of the Atlantic, they should know the best ways to ship, and what regulations the car needs to comply with, incl...

It is not specific about the age or even type, just states 206, but they do quote the reg and VIN number so at this stage I will give them a bit of credit, and will expect them to know that we have a CC.

I assume I am not the only one who has recieved a Recall notificiation from Peugeot?
