Just touching back on this subject. The fading seems to have gone over time, which is very strange? However I have just purchased some Gliptone/Liquid Leather (Highly recommended by a huge amount of people) leather cleaner and leather conditioner. They also do a colour wash kit which I think is arou...

Hi During the first couple of months there was what appeared to be a faded/scuffed looking area on the passenger door card. I guessed that the leather in the car had never been treated in the 2.5 years that it was on the road. I purchased some turtlewax leather cleaner/conditioner and treated the se...

Smells pretty good too :) Thanks for the recommendations  Did have a small problem with the leather but will touch on that in another thr...

Well the good news it the problem has been fixed :) On a warm day 2 weeks ago the noise came back, although intermitently. We took it in to Peugeot and after a patronising comment to my fiance that 'they all do that', and some are really quiet  they took it in and replaced the comms unit (...

Hi guys and gals. Havent been on here for a while as the fiances cc has been ok apart from one thing. Just a quick link to a very informative site
http://www.meguiars.co.uk/
There is a user forum with lots of info and tips to get the body work looking mint.
Will be looking at using the clay bar very soon as the 206cc paintwork feels very rough to the touch. Probably never been polished/waxed

The courtesy car that we have makes a nice tic toc tic toc when indicating, ours however does not :? Is this a common problem? Are the indicators wired through the speakers as I dont think out tweeters are working properly, this may explain it? Looks like there may be another couple of minor problem...

If you do the leather also, try Autoglym's Leather Care Cream and their new product: Leather cleaner. I have used Care Cream for my Esprit and it's a nice stuff, though it's a bit messy job to do. Leather Cleaner might be better cause it's a spray-thing :) Thanks for the recommendation. I have a bo...

Hi My fiances 206cc has gone back to get a few items sorted out and she currently has a courtesy car. There is a couple of years between them but I think my fiances has had an interior plastic/rubber polish applied and although looks black, it is a too shiny for my liking. The courtesy car is more a...
