It is held in place by the trim, which clips in: https://i.imgur.com/nx4LCcC.jpg an update the main dealer made it worse just as covid 19 struck, phoned to arrange the repair again but they were only doing emergency services at the time, currently in dispute over the poor repair their mechanic did....
