Anybody know the secret of how to disconnect the door harness from the connection on the pillar?

I have a 206 cc 2001, 138HP. VIN VF32DRFNF41737908 if it helps! All was working well until a CD got jammed in the player. I had to remove the unit's fascia to pull the CD out.
