Could the heat be an issue?
Just been out and started 3 times in a row now it's cooled down outside.

Not starting, just a single click
I did a search and this thread sounds similar but I want to check with you guys just in case as I suspect it's the starter motor. http://www.peugeot206cc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=13623&start=15 I had a new battery installed last year so the battery should be ok. Last week I started the car...

Re: Multifunction Display & Trip Computer flashing
Thanks John, but not sure if you misread or didn't understand.
I said I tried resetting the usual way in my OP, I know how to do it as have changed the time twice a year.
If you unattach your battery and then reattach it, we'll both be in the same boat and then you'll see what I mean.

Multifunction Display & Trip Computer flashing
Hi, my battery died last night when trying to start my 206cc, I left it an hour and tried again and it managed to start. But now the central multifunction Display & Trip Computer is flashing the time and date and it won't display any information. I've tried resetting the usual way you would adju...

Roof not opening
Hi, I hadn't opened the roof for just over a year and now it's not opening. I'm not getting any 'bong' noises when I unlclip the two latches but I do get a continuous half a dozen quiet beeps when pressing the roof up/down switch. The boot cover is clipped in, parcel shelf clear, I've tried with the...

Re: Seat Airbag replacement
If I found a seat from the same car/year would that have exactly the same plugs? I checked under the seat and all the connections are there all plugged in, the warning light on the dash doesn't come on so and the passenger airbag isn't turned off using the key. The seat belt isn't locked either. Peu...

Re: Seat Airbag replacement
Thanks for the reply, airbag light isn't on and the seats are pretty hard to find as they are the red/black leather ones, the ones I have seen are pretty tatty, my car has only done 21,000 and the seats are like new.
So, MOT fail or pass with no light on?
Thankyou.

Seat Airbag replacement
Hi, I've recently bought a 2004, 206cc and the passenger side airbag has been deployed in an accident before I bought the car. I'd like to know if anyone can tell me, do I need to get this replaced/fixed before the MOT or will it pass as it is? How and where would I get this replaced and approximate...
