Mine does that, the MD monkey of the garage I bought it from said its because their is such a powerful engine in a small size car, something to do with torque??? Didn't really understand but took his word for it, 3 months on I must have got used to it, as I dont notice it now so much :?

:lol: Thats ace!!!! If you align the feathers correctly and go crusing on the motorway, you might take off!!!! Seriously though, if its rattling that bad get it booked in for the roof kit gell stuff, its well worth it, although with summer coming if your like me the roof will be down more than its up!

I hadn't thought about the seagulls!!! Its just if Im just nipping into the shop or something for 2 mins, it seems abit pointless putting the roof up for 2 mins to drop it again when I leave. I might just continue locking it with the key.

If you put the alarm on with the button on the key, while leaving the car parked with the roof off, will the alarm go off the second a fly or something flys in? Am I best just locking it with the key?

Dont know whether this is in the right place but, when leaving the car with the roof off eg. to nip into the shop, I only use the key to lock the drivers door, not the remote button, is it still imobilised? If I lock it with the button, will the alarm go off if a fly goes past the sensor? Really con...

Peugeot do a new kit for the roof which involves a silicone gel, just had mine done and it rattles alot less now, all under warranty if youve just bought it, so well worth it, otherwise have your sterio on full blast to drown it out!! :D

I used to have exactly the same problem, changing from 2nd to 3rd gear was a nightmare, but i found i had the seat too far back and wasn't pushing the clutch in enough!! Now i make sure its pushed right in and its fine, but i only have to do it with 3rd gear the others are ok if you dont push it rig...

I remember when I first got my CC they roof started making the beeping noise, have you noticed the faster you go, the faster the beeping goes!! How bizarre!!! Anyway took it back to Peugeot and they sorted it, its been fine ever since (touch wood). :P
