It is quite normal, but I used to wait for them to turn off. Now I've had the software upgrade, they work slightly different.

I'm not to sure to be honest. They mentioned it to me and I just told them to change it. I dont think its a complicated job, and if its anything like an air filter, I would say you could possibly do it yourself, but I am guessing.

I was advised by my pug dealer that the condensation on my windows was caused by a blocked pollen filter. They changed that and it seems ok to me now.

I used Mr Muscle Degreaser and then steam cleaned the windscreen and wipers. I can now see where I'm going.
