ADJUSTMENT BOOT LOCK STRIKER

Change the vehicle into the coupé version .

Open the luggage compartment .

Fold up the tray (luggage cover screen) .

remove the boot lower cover trim .

IMMOBILISE THE BOOT UPPER COVER .

On each side :

• unscrew : the securing bolt (1)
• turn the stop (2) by a few revolutions to release the stress with roof support (3)

Slacken then retighten the 1/4 fixings of the striker (5) by (4) turns .

Close the boot (lock and striker in locking position) in contact with the stops (A) .

CHECK THE FITS AND CLEARANCES .

Open the luggage compartment .

Retighten the fixings (5) then close the boot to check that the lock is attached correctly .

NOTE : incorrect adjustment could result in rattling of the boot while driving .

Tighten the fasteners (5) to 1 ± 0.2 da.Nm .

On each side :

• turn the stop (2) and press on the roof support (3)
• carry out an additional quarter turn on the stop (2)

Tighten the bolt (1) to 0,5 ± 0,2 da.Nm .

RELEASE THE BOOT UPPER COVER FROM ITS OPENING POSITION .

REFIT THE BOOT LOWER COVER TRIM .
