REMOVAL - REFITTING MOVING REAR SHELF STRUT(S) AND HYDRAULIC PIPES ASSEMBLY

1 - REMOVAL

Open the luggage compartment .

Remove :

• THE DETACHABLE REAR PARCEL SHELF PROTECTOR
• THE ECU UPPER TRIM
• THE MOVING REAR SHELF

Remove :

• the retaining clip (1)
• the strut shaft (2)
• the pin (3)
• the strut shaft (4)

Uncouple the strut (5) with the hydraulic pipes .

Detach the retaining straps (6) .

Remove the cowling (7) .

Cut the tie-wraps on the harness .

Disconnect the hydraulic pipes N°17 (A) - N° 18 (B) .

Remove ; All the struts and hydraulic pipes .

2 - REFITTING

WARNING : never lean on the stem of the strut before connecting the hydraulic pipes .

IMPERATIVE : always replace the copper seals at each operation .

Fit : The hydraulic pipes no. 17 (A) and no. 18 (B) .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Test operation .

CHECK THE OIL LEVEL IN THE HYDRAULIC PUMP RESERVOIR .
